Amendment 13: Protection and rebuilding of Oregon coastal natural coho

The 13th amendment (January 1999) considered a change in the management of Oregon coastal natural coho salmon to utilize the most recent estimates of spawner escapements and abundance and to help ensure the protection and timely rebuilding of the stock.
