Fishery Management Plan for West Coast Fisheries for Highly Migratory Species
The Fishery Management Plan for West Coast Fisheries for Highly Migratory Species (HMS FMP) was originally published combined with the final environmental impact statement in August 2003 and partially approved by NMFS in February 2004.
