Stock Assessment Terms of Reference

Terms of reference are the protocols and responsibilities that contributors agree to when conducting a formal process such as developing and peer-reviewing a stock assessment. A terms of reference document details the objectives, approaches, reporting requirements, and responsibilities of participants. In this case, the terms of reference outline the process for conducting and reviewing groundfish stock assessments and rebuilding analyses used in deciding West Coast groundfish harvest specifications and management measures.
