The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Pacific Council) will convene a webinar meeting of its Coastal Pelagic Species Management Team (CPSMT) to discuss items on the Pacific Council’s November 2024 meeting agenda.  The online meeting is open to the public and will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific Time or until business for the day has been completed. This meeting is being conducted remotely with a web broadcast that provides the opportunity for remote public comment. In the event an outage occurs or technical issues arise that impact the experience of remote attendees, we will attempt to resolve them but ultimately we cannot guarantee that they will be resolved satisfactorily.

The Pacific Fishery Management Council’s (Pacific Council) Salmon Technical Team (STT) and Scientific and Statistical Committee’s Salmon Subcommittee (SSC-SC) will hold a joint online meeting and is open to the public. The Model Evaluation Workgroup and the Sacramento River Fall Chinook Workgroup may also contribute and participate in this meeting. The online meeting will be held Friday, October 4, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, or until business for the day has been completed.

Purpose of the meeting

The purpose of this online meeting is for the HC to consider items on the Pacific Council’s September meeting agenda and to prepare supplemental reports as necessary. Topics will include Current Habitat Issues, the Columbia River Dredge Materials Management Program, development of a national fishing effects database, and other topics as necessary.
