Now Accepting Applications for a Staff Officer position at the Pacific Fishery Management Council

The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Pacific Council) is now recruiting motivated candidates to fill the role of Staff Officer. This position is being advertised with the anticipation of several upcoming retirements, and with the anticipation of projects that will launch in 2024 stemming from the Inflation Reduction Act.

Applicants will be considered for several topical areas that include climate change, groundfish, coastal pelagic species, highly migratory species, and salmon. The position will remain open until filled, with priority given to applications received before January 31, 2024.
