Ad Hoc Ecosystem Work Group to Meet Via Teleconference

The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) will convene a meeting via teleconference of the ad hoc Ecosystem Work Group that is open to the public. A listening station will be available at the Council office for interested members of the public. Please note, this is not a public hearing; it is a work session for the primary purpose of reviewing and addressing Council direction to the ad hoc Ecosystem Work Group, considering next steps in protecting unmanaged forage fish, finalizing recommendations to the Council on the Federal list of authorized West Coast Exclusive Economic Zone fisheries, and other items related to the September 2013 Council meeting.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2013, beginning at 12 noon and concluding at 3 p.m., or when business is completed.
