Maps of Groundfish Closed Areas

The maps below show the configuration of the trawl and non-trawl Rockfish Conservation Areas (RCAs) and the Cowcod Conservation Area (CCA) in the Southern California Bight. These areas were mapped using waypoints published by NMFS (see NMFS Groundfish Closed Areas webpage) and associated boundary schedules. The maps are in Adobe Acrobat format. (You will need the Acrobat Reader to view them.)

Please Note: These maps are not intended for navigation. Trawl RCA boundaries are subject to change due to inseason management action. Maps posted here may not reflect such changes.
