Second Amendment to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan
This amendment (October 1986) was replaced by Amendment 4.
Amendment 2 analyzes three issues relevant to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan (FMP) and Environmental Impact Statement for the California, Oregon, and Washington Groundfish Fishery. Changes in regulations that implement the FMP resulted from these analyses. Amendment 2 was replaced by Amendment 4.
