Bocaccio and Canary Rockfish

The Pacific Fishery Management Council's (Council) Groundfish Stock Assessment Review (STAR) Panel for bocaccio and canary rockfish will hold a meeting which is open to the public. The meeting will begin on Monday, April 15, 2002 at 9 a.m. and may go into the evening until business for the day is completed. The meeting will continue daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 through Friday, April 19, 2002.

The purpose of the meeting is to review draft stock assessment documents and any other pertinent information, work with the Stock Assessment Team to make necessary revisions, and produce a STAR Panel report for use by the Council family and other interested persons.
Entry to the Northwest Fisheries Science Center requires identification with photograph (such as a student ID, state drivers license, etc.) A security guard will review the identification and issue a Visitor's Badge valid only for the date of the meeting.
The meeting is physically accessible to people with disabilities. Requests for sign language interpretation or other auxiliary aids should be directed to Ms. Carolyn Porter at (503) 326-6352 at least five days prior to the meeting date.
