Request for Nominations for an At-Large Position on the Scientific and Statistical Committee
The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) is seeking qualified candidates to consider for an at-large position on its Scientific and Statistical Committee (SSC). The successful candidate will serve out the remainder of the 2010-2012 Council advisory body term. To ensure consideration, nominations should be received at the Council office no later than Monday, February 8, 2012.

Request for Nominations to the Conservation Position on the Coastal Pelagic Species Advisory Subpanel
The Council is seeking qualified candidates to serve on its Coastal Pelagic Species Advisory Subpanel (CPSAS) to represent the conservation community. To ensure consideration, nominations should be received at the Council office no later than Monday, February 6, 2012.

Procedures for Applying
Persons interested in applying should review Council Operating Procedure 2 for details on the operation and duties of subpanels. Individuals may nominate themselves or be nominated by other individuals or organizations. Nominations may be sent by email, fax, or mail and must include the following:
- Name of nominee and advisory body position to which the person is nominated.
- Present position or affiliation.
- Address and telephone number of nominee (include FAX number and email address if available).
- Experience (briefly specify the kind and amount of experience that qualify the individual to serve in the particular position).
- If applicable, the name, address, and telephone number of individual or organization submitting nomination.
