Materials received at the Council Office after October 15 but by 11:59 pm October 28 will be posted to this webpage prior to the first day of the meeting; all such material will be prefaced by the word “Supplemental”. After October 28, materials distributed to the Council Members during the meeting will be posted no later than November 26, close of business. Again, any such material will be prefaced by the word “Supplemental”.
