The Council has sent a letter to Donald R. Glaser, the Regional Director of the Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation, on the use of 800,000 acre-feet
of Central Valley Project (CVP) water for rebuilding Central Valley salmon stocks. The letter is available here.
